Annual Fundraising Gala

Event Community In Schools of Miami's 2016 fundraising gala will be held Saturday, April 9th at the Intercontinental Miami Chopin Ballroom. This year's theme will be "Reach for the Moon", and the event's proceeds will provide needed support services to over 20,000 students.

The Board of Communities in Schools of Miami is excited to honor Elizabeth Mejia at our Reach for the Moon gala. Elizabeth, our President/CEO, has served CIS Miami for over 20 years. She will now be joining the CIS national organization as Director, Organizational Development (South).
