Current Job OpportunitiesMentor CoordinatorA full-time position to recruit, train, and match mentors with students. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, have strong public relations skills, ability to multi-task, and oversee grant objectives. Position entails driving to prospective mentor sites.TutorsPart-time and contractual positions for Math and Reading tutors. The ideal candidate must have some college experience, preferably at least two years of college. SES contracted tutors must have an Associates and reliable transportation to provide tutoring in student's homes after school hours and/or the weekend. School-based tutors are needed for Overtown, North Miami, and Cutler Ridge and work during the school day.AmeriCorps MembersOn an ongoing basis we are recruiting full-time and half-time candidates. Members are 18 years or over, must have a high school diploma, preferably an Associates or Bachelors Degree, and have an interest in giving back to their community. Members pledge one year of service from September to August in exchange for a modest living stipend, health and childcare benefits for full-time members, and an educational award to cover college expenses.
